Role Description The Leasing Administrator - Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This position supports the leasing team with the preparation, review, and organization of lease documentation, amendments, and related correspondence. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate lease records, updating internal databases and filing systems, and assisting with lease administration activities such as tracking key dates, renewals, and options. The intern will collaborate with property management and accounting teams to help ensure data consistency and timely communication with tenants. The role also involves responding to basic tenant inquiries, preparing reports, and supporting special projects that improve leasing operations and tenant experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Lease Documentation and Leases to assist with preparing, reviewing, and organizing lease-related agreements. Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Property Management to support accurate records, key date tracking, and coordination with on-site operations. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact professionally with tenants, internal teams, and external partners. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Comfort working with spreadsheets, property management or CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Interest in commercial real estate, leasing, or property management; prior internship or coursework in a related field is an asset. Ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
