About the role
Paint Associate
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Paint Associate with experience in paint spraying and surface preparation to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring aluminum trim products and materials are painted accurately, safely, and to company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare aluminum trim products and materials for painting and coating
- Operate paint spraying equipment safely and efficiently
- Apply paint and finishes evenly while maintaining quality standards
- Inspect products for defects, scratches, missed spots, or paint inconsistencies
- Mix and prepare paint materials as required
- Maintain cleanliness of spray guns, paint lines, booths, and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures related to paint handling and PPE usage
- Assist with masking, sanding, cleaning, and drying processes
- Organize painted materials and support production flow
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of paint or spray booth experience preferred
- Experience using paint spraying equipment and tools
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and PPE requirements
