Are you known for your passion for residential construction and your commitment to quality work? Then join our team!
ProFab is looking for someone who will bring their unique touch to the position of New Home Inspector at our Vallée‑Jonction office.
New Home Inspector | Vallée‑Jonction | Full‑time contract (39 hours) |4.5 days
As a new home inspector, you’ll be able to apply your knowledge of building codes and contribute to the team’s success.
More Specifically, You’ll Be Responsible For
Inspecting construction sites at each key stage of the building process; Verify compliance with plans, specifications, and Building Code standards; Identify non‑conformities and ensure necessary follow-ups; Write clear and accurate inspection reports; Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors; Conduct final inspections prior to delivery to clients.
Expected Experience And Qualifications
A college degree in building inspection or a related field; 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
