Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC for a Treatment Coordinator and Clinical Assistant. The role involves coordinating patient treatment plans, reviewing recommended procedures, and ensuring clear understanding of the care process. Daily tasks include assisting in clinical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, supporting the periodontist during examinations and surgeries, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Treatment Coordinator and Clinical Assistant will also verify insurance coverage, help with financial arrangements, and provide high-quality customer service throughout the patient journey. The position requires consistent collaboration with the clinical team to optimize scheduling, ensure smooth patient flow, and uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and patient care. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Treatment Planning and Dental Care to support accurate, patient-centered periodontal and implant procedures. Candidates should possess skills in Insurance and Customer Service to manage coverage verification, financial discussions, and a positive patient experience. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to explain treatment options clearly, coordinate with the clinical team, and maintain professional interactions with patients. Relevant experience as a dental assistant, clinical coordinator, or in a periodontal or surgical dental setting is highly beneficial. Formal training or certification in dental assisting, familiarity with dental practice management software, and knowledge of infection control protocols are considered strong assets.
