Job Description

This isn’t your typical job. The details:

  • Weekly hours: 37.5 h / week
  • Variable schedule
  • Oral and written English knowledge
  • Salary: $36/hour

As a Supervisor-Food 2, you will:

  • Coordinate daily food service and catering operations and schedules, ensuring coordination of activities and service delivery across client premises.

  • Supervise the food service and catering teams, including participation in hiring, training, performance evaluation, and scheduling of food service employees.

  • Maintain up-to-date budgets and inventory, optimizing food supplies, purchasing, and stock control to maintain profitability and efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with health, quality and safety standards, applying internal policies and participating in safety training and reporting.

  • Monitor customer service quality, address complaints, and ensure that the employees follow the group processes and policies.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • College Degree in Food management or any food service-related fields.
  • 0 to 1 year of work experience in food management or any food service-related fields.
  • Abilities to manage, supervise, plan and organize
  • A team-first attitude and strong communication skills
  • Physical ability to meet job demands (e.g., lifting, standing for long periods)
  • Commitment to safety, respect, and inclusion
