Scope:

• CISO is embarking on a series of projects to upgrade existing IT applications or build new ones.
• This will require a formalized approach to documenting current and future states of workflows and data repositories, and new business requirements of new applications.
• The analyst will review deconflict, modernize and digitize high sensitivity workflows to streamline outcomes and enhance service delivery.

Deliverables:

Skills and Knowledge:

• The business analyst will review internal and external business processes and will be exposed to sensitive information relating to existing criminal intelligence operations and practices.

• The BA will be required to:

• produce Business requirements documents,

• Visio of business processes or conceptual IT architectural diagrams

• PowerPoint presentations of findings from their analysis

• possibly summarize test cases

Criteria Ratings MUST TOTAL 100

Criteria 1: Gather, analyze and synthesize Business Processes: 60 Points

Criteria 2: Illustrate Business processes, conceptual IT architecture diagrams in Visio: 20 Points

Criteria 3: Summarize findings in PowerPoint: 20 Points

Knowledge Transfer

Knowledge to be Transferred: (at the end of the contract) Documentation will be produced as project artefacts

Must have:

• CISO is embarking on several new projects in the near future, and are looking for someone with enterprise experience, CRM, data strategy experience, and to assist standing up a new Ministry program.
• The BA will assist in the design and implementation of this new office and must be well versed in business process mapping, project charter development, and detailing business requirements.
