We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail orientedBDC Sales Appointment Coordinatorto support our sales team by managing leads, booking appointments, and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond and manage incoming Sales Leads

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects

• Maintain consistent communication with customers and the sales team

• Stay organized to maximize lead conversion

• Support the sales team by helping fill their appointment schedules

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

• 2+ years of office phone experience

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Must be comfortable learning new systems and following process.

• Team player- We all wear the hats that need wearing- it's a mentality that makes the team successful

• Handle confidential information in a professional and ethical manner

• Strong communication skills (100% fluent in English required)

• Comfortable making inbound/outbound calls and handling customer inquiries

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• French is considered an asset
