What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Branch Manager, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Perform Tier 1 supervision of registrants and conduct annual branch site visits.
- Prepare detailed reports on branch practices and follow up on deficiencies.
- Review activity blotters and approve KYC updates and new accounts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations.
- Train Advisors and Support Staff on policies and procedures.
- Maintain evidence of supervisory reviews and identify patterns for training initiatives.
- Facilitate escalation processes and support Advisors in implementing new policies.
- Resolve daily operational risks and foster communication between departments.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Is known for their strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Stands out for their ability to interpret regulatory legislation.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Is recognized for their proactive approach to process improvement.
- Has 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Holds a university degree or equivalent post-secondary education.
- Has completed the CSC, CPH, Branch Managers Course, and is eligible for RR Supervisor licensing.
- Will complete Options Licensing and Supervisors Course as required.
