Description

We are looking for innovative Nurse Practitioners with great generalist experience and a passion for Weight Management to join our growing team of healthcare providers. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you!

You must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in at least one province in Canada. Preference will be given to NPs with multiple licensing, or with licensing that meets our current needs.

Who you are:

  • Felix is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in at least one province in Canada, preferably with cross-jurisdictional licensure.
  • You have 2+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with demonstrated experience of providing patients with the best possible care.
  • You have direct experience with treating and managing obesity.
  • Additional certifications or training in the obesity or weight loss fields is a plus.
  • You are physically located in Canada, with a billing number in the province(s) that you are licensed, required for ordering laboratory testing.
  • You are available to provide a minimum of 4 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform, in addition to logging in every at least every 24-48hrs to address patient needs.
  • You are a member in good standing of the College(s) where you hold the title of Nurse Practitioner, maintaining eligibility and willingness to be licensed in other provinces.
  • You maintain confidentiality and follow the code of conduct as per the governing body of their province/territory.
  • You have experience in telemedicine. Additional experience in weight loss, menopause, mental health, erectile dysfunction, and birth control care are assets.
  • You have a proficient understanding of technology, EMRs and remote work.
  • You are adaptable and open to change.

Compensation

  • Nurse practitioners are compensated on a per assessment basis
