Location: On-site at our Mississauga office (5450 Explorer Drive, Suite 300, Mississauga, ON L4W 5M1, Canada). A hybrid work model may be permitted at the discretion of the business, based on client and project needs. Candidates must reside near Mississauga and be willing to travel as required.
Role Overview
As a Manager within our Financial Crime Compliance Delivery Team, you will lead client-facing engagements in a consultative managed services environment. You’ll oversee a team of analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality work across AML/BSA, transaction monitoring, KYC, EDD, and broader financial crime compliance domains. You’ll be responsible for coaching talent, managing operational performance, and driving client satisfaction through strategic execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 25+ analysts across multiple client engagements.
Serve as a subject matter expert in AML/BSA, transaction monitoring, KYC, and EDD.
Deliver client advisory services, including audit support, lookbacks, and risk assessments.
Oversee production and quality metrics, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and clients.
Identify and develop top talent, fostering career growth and succession planning.
Collaborate with internal teams to expand consulting offerings and drive innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 4–5 years of experience in AML, KYC, or financial crime compliance.
Demonstrated experience in a consulting or managed services environment.
Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Must reside in Ontario and be willing to work onsite in Mississauga as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
CAMS or equivalent professional certification.
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience with fraud, sanctions, fintech, or payments compliance.
High learning agility, entrepreneurial mindset, and collaborative leadership style.
