Ready to be the ultimate connector between ideas and execution? In this role, you’ll lead projects, coordinate events, and deliver top-notch service to local Co-ops across Western Canada. If you’re resourceful, customer focused, and love problem-solving, this is your chance to make an impact.

This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Western Canada.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate marketing projects for Local Co-ops from kickoff to completion, aligning timelines, goals, and creative execution with stakeholder needs.
  • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders including designers, writers, and supervisors to resolve delays and fill information gaps.
  • Manage project logistics by creating dockets and POs, tracking materials, and overseeing media production decisions.
  • Lead key initiatives and events like Marketing Summits and Lunch & Learns.
  • Report on project progress, billing accuracy, and proofing workflows using project management tools.

Who you’ll work with:

You will report to the Supervisor, Local Co-op Marketing on a small but mighty team of three. You’ll collaborate with local Co-op marketers and general managers on a variety of projects, supported by a talented team of designers, writers, and production specialists. You’ll also connect with event organizers, print vendors, and digital media partners to ensure every initiative runs smoothly.

Why it matters:

We help local Co-ops grow and thrive by offering a range of professional services, including marketing, market research, information technology, human resources, accounting, risk management and business development.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in marketing and project management and:

  • Have 3-6 years of relevant experience in marketing and project management.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business, focused in marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • Are familiar with event planning and coordination (considered an asset).

What we offer:

  • Competitive salaries, short-term incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employer-contributed pension plan.
  • Encouragement to take advantage of learning opportunities to grow and develop as a Team Member.
  • As a co-operative, we do business differently. We believe in working together to serve Western Canadians, delivering profits back to our communities and investing in sustainable growth. To learn more about who we are and what we offer, visit www.fcl.crs.

As this position is considered a position of trust, you may be required to complete a criminal record check in accordance with FCL policies.

FCL embraces diversity and inclusion. We’re working to create a workforce that is as diverse as the communities we serve and an environment where every team member brings their whole self to work. We believe all candidates should feel at home with us and be given the opportunity to fully participate during the recruitment process.
