What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Mechanical Problem Solving: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of agricultural and yard equipment.
- Preventative Excellence: Perform inspections and maintenance to catch issues before they happen, keeping our customers' downtime to a minimum.
- Direct Impact: Share technical advice and support with customers, becoming their go-to expert for equipment health.

What You Bring to the Team:
- Mechanical Aptitude: You have a "nuts and bolts" mindset and love the challenge of troubleshooting.
- Relevant Experience: Background in equipment repair, automotive, heavy-duty, or a related trade.
- Communication: You can explain a technical fix in a way that makes sense to a customer.
- Team Mindset: You work well independently but know that the best results come from a team that has each other’s backs.
