En tant que stagiaire en technologies de l’information , vous jouerez un rôle clé en fournissant un soutien technique aux utilisateurs de l’entreprise.

Votre rôle : Relevez le défi

• Fournir un soutien pour certaines applications métier utilisées par l’entreprise, incluant le dépannage et l’assistance aux utilisateurs.
• Entretenir et réparer les équipements informatiques au besoin (ordinateurs, imprimantes, périphériques, etc.).
• Installer/configurer et mettre à jour les logiciels sur les ordinateurs des utilisateurs.
• Gérer les billets de soutien technique soumis par les utilisateurs.
• Participer à la gestion de l’inventaire des actifs TI, y compris les vérifications physiques régulières et la mise à jour des registres.
• Effectuer des tests et aider à résoudre les problèmes techniques en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe TI.
• Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des processus internes en TI et proposer des solutions.

Ce qu’il vous faut:

• Étudiant(e) en cours de DEC ou de baccalauréat en informatique (1re année).
• Bonne compréhension des systèmes d’exploitation Windows (Windows 10, 11).

As an IT Intern, you will play a key role in providing technical support to company users.

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Provide support for specific business applications used by the company, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Maintain and repair IT equipment as needed (computers, printers, peripherals, etc.).
• Install/configure and update software on user computers.
• Manage technical support tickets submitted by users.
• Participate in IT asset inventory management, including regular physical inventory checks and record updates.
• Perform testing and assist in debugging technical issues by working closely with IT team members.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal IT processes and propose solutions.

What It Takes To Run What Runs The World

• Student in a DEC or Bachelor's program in Computer Science (1st year).
• Understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11).
