What you’ll do
The Enterprise Sales Rotational role offers an immersive three-year experience across various sales functions to gain exposure to sales support, midmarket sales, and enterprise sales. The program provides core training to acquire foundational knowledge of sales roles and priorities, understand processes, engage with salespeople, and develop sales skills. This program provides the opportunity to develop a broad skillset and designed to cultivate well-rounded sales professionals.
What we’re looking for
- Establish rapport and create excellent relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to create tailored solutions effectively.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on evolving customer needs and market trends.
- Transform and consolidate client feedback, sales data, and market research into actionable insights.
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and persist towards goals despite facing obstacles.
- Work effectively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Confidently deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree or College/CEGEP diploma in Business and/or STEM with a specialization, or interest in sales or related fields
- You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences
Technical Skills (you have some of the following)
- Ability to leverage data to build insights and recommendations.
- Interest in, and knowledge of cutting edge technologies like AI, Cloud and Cyber Security
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and sales processes is an asset
Leadership Skills
- You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
- You gain the trust of your teams, being known for demonstrating fairness and respect.
