Job Description We’re looking for a Lease Coordinator to support our Portfolio Administration team by managing lease documentation, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity across systems. You’ll work closely with internal and external partners, assist with real estate presentations, and contribute to system updates and special projects. This role offers a great opportunity to build cross-functional relationships and grow your expertise in lease and portfolio management.

What You’ll Do

  • Organizes, creates all new lease files and ensures that all documents are saved electronically.
  • Maintains all lease files hard copy and electronic in a timely manner to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensures integrity of PaperVision electronic filing system by scanning, compiling and auditing documents.
  • Responds to inquiries from internal partners regarding insurance coverage.
  • Research new locations and store addresses with external partners, updates Project Management Program and communicates to internal partners.
  • Arranges legal files and preparing courier packages for Global Offices and landlords.
  • Supports projects including preparing presentations for Real Estate Committee.
  • Obtains contact information from landlords, invoices construction allowances and prepares confirmation documentation for leases.
  • Updates financial information in the Lease Management System as needed.
  • Supports Lease Management System upgrades as required.

About You

  • Pursuing a post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related program.
  • Education related to Real Estate or Property Development an asset.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills which include the ability to effectively and efficiently resolve issues.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal abilities to perform effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing needs of the business, and changing priorities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Computer skills including MS Office applications - Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook.

Salary Range: $50,955.00-$71,337.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
