Position Overview
Responsibilities
This individual is required to work well within a dynamic team environment, be a self-motivated learner. This person will be responsible to help manage and maintain Future Electronics Microsoft Technology environment, which includes the following responsibilities:
Manage/Improve the WSUS environment for Microsoft Patches
Manage A Windows Server Environment including: File Servers Print Servers DHCP/DNS Servers Active Directory Servers, User Accounts and Groups Various Application Servers IIS/Web Apps Help Manage Future’s Citrix Environment Help Manage Future’s Office 365 Environment: Azure AD/Entra ID O365 Apps Share in the Pager Rotation Handle Level 2 Tickets escalated from the Help Desk Help Manage and Maintain Various Other Technologies: VMWare Exchange on Premise Qualifications And Experience
2-3 years of experience with network and systems administration within Windows 2-3 years of experience with desktop support, setup and deployment At least 3 years of experience in Active Directory Strong networking skills in the following technologies: DNS WINS DHCP Scripting languages a plus (VBScript, powershell ) Experience with virtualized environments (VMware) a plus. Technical Certificates in Microsoft or VMWare is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluently bilingual Excellent documentation and problem solving skills Good interpersonnel skills Ability to work in a team environment Extremely motivated, dynamic and a team player
