We Want You To Have ▸ University degree or diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent technical knowledge

▸ Excellent customer-service, listening, communication, and problem-solving skills

▸ 8-10 years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, and implementation experience in Windows and Linux in virtualized environments for a medium to large enterprise

▸ Strong knowledge and experience in Windows Servers Administration

▸ Willingness to learn more than one of Entrust and Oracle Software (Get Access, Identity Guard, and WebLogic)

▸ Experience administering Oracle and MS SQL databases

▸ Strong scripting skills

▸ Hands-on experience in Active Directory, DNS, Antivirus, and File Servers

▸ Knowledge and experience in Dev-Ops is a definite plus

▸ Experience leading customer service functions in a fast-paced and multi-project IT environment

▸ Experience with incident and change management

▸ Experience in vulnerability scanning, server/application hardening, and SSL configuration

▸ Experience in performance tuning, server build best practices, troubleshooting and resolving issues

▸ Commitment to high quality standards, striving continually for improvement

▸ Ability to prioritize and work on infrastructure support and project implementations
