Carlington Community Health Centre is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our dynamic, interdisciplinary team on a casual basis. Responsibilities include

• Provide high-quality, client-centered nursing care to individuals and families from diverse and marginalized communities.
• Conduct clinical assessments, deliver treatments, and manage follow-up care in a primary care setting.
• Support chronic disease management, health promotion, and illness prevention through education and clinical interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional and organizational standards of care.
