Together, we power video for hundreds of active customers from scrappy founders to Fortune 500 brands, delivering consistent, measurable results in a market that’s only getting louder and more competitive.
We’ve built:
- Proven offers that sell
- A strong inbound engine
- Long-term, recurring customer relationships
- A highly efficient delivery operation
What we haven’t
done yet is build a true outbound + closing machine.
That’s where this role comes in.
We’re now entering our next growth phase and are hiring our first Account Executive (Hunter)
to work directly with the founders and help build the sales motion the right way from the ground up. We have a strong inbound engine and proven offers, but this is not an order-taker role.
What you will do:
- Close new business for Viral Ideas and Boomin’ Brands Media
- Own the full sales cycle: lead → discovery → close
- Work a mix of qualified inbound leads and self-sourced outbound opportunities (rough mix of 60% inbound leads and 40% outbound)
- Proactively hunt new opportunities in our vast database, LinkedIn, email, referrals, and partnerships
- Manage your pipeline cleanly in CRM and forecast accurately
- Collaborate directly with the founder on sales strategy, positioning, and growth

Have at least 2 years of experience closing B2B services (agency, marketing, SaaS, etc.)

You are not stepping into a crowded sales org.
You are helping build it

- Real ownership
- Direct access to founders
- Influence over how we sell, who we sell to, and how we grow
- Clear expectations and accountability
We have inbound demand and a warm database, but this is not
an order-taking role.
We are looking for a true hunter, someone who can create opportunities, run clean discovery, sell value, and close confidently.
If you want a seat at the table, uncapped upside, and the chance to be foundational to a growing revenue engine, this role is for you.
If you want scripts, hand-holding, or a slow corporate environment, this is not it.
