YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced residential Project Manager for our 20+ story high-rise project on the edge of downtown Victoria. This project will establish a residential component within a vibrant shopping centric community. This tower will encompass over 300 rental units and extensive commercial spaces. A fantastic opportunity to lead a project from start to finish and bring meaningful housing inventory to Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget;
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, costs, and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility;
- Act as front-line contact with consultants, engineers, trades, site staff, and the owners;
- Promote and project the company image of efficiency, quality, technical competence and fair management of trades and suppliers;
- Work closely with site field staff to ensure they have the proper resources to successfully execute the project;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, resolving issues, managing client expectation, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager, working as part of a general contractor;
- Certificate, diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field;
- Proficient with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and/or Procore;
- Strong relationship and network of sub-trades;
- Strong communication - confidence and ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
- Experience with virtual construction and 3D modelling programs will be considered an asset.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program. During the interview process, let’s talk to get the right fit for your experience level.
