This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex product portfolios while working collaboratively across teams. We are looking for a proactive professional who can strengthen our commercial performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the continued growth of our business.

The Role:

The Sales Manager role is responsible for leading sales and business development activities for high mix, low volume products by developing and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. This position oversees the identification of new business opportunities, the nurturing of strong customer relationships, and the preparation of proposals and quotations tailored to customer needs. The role includes conducting detailed product costing and margin analysis, working closely with Engineering and Operations to validate cost structures, and optimizing pricing strategies to support competitiveness and profitability. Responsibilities also include developing accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical performance, and customer demand, while continuously adjusting projections to reflect changing business conditions. The Sales Manager monitors and reports on sales performance, order status, and pipeline health using CRM and reporting tools, providing leadership with timely insights on key metrics, risks, and opportunities.
