• The Organizations team is expanding Auth0 to help B2B SaaS applications easily manage access for their own customers and partners, at scale. We make it possible for enterprise SaaS users to log in with the right set of permissions within the right context, and for our B2B customers to onboard access for their customers easily. Our work is cross-cutting and always heavily customer driven
• Manage, mentor and coach a team of 9 remote engineers, with seniorities up to Staff Engineer level
• Effectively partner with your Product Manager on planning and delivering the team’s quarterly and annual roadmap
• Own and be accountable for the quality of the team’s technical estate, effectively managing technical debt, addressing security vulnerabilities and ensuring wider cross-team technical initiatives are delivered in a timely manner
• Review, provide feedback and help steer the technical design of the features the team is delivering, ensuring these can meet the scale at which Auth0 is operating
• Work with other engineering managers in the group to drive cross-team projects and leadership initiatives

• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
• Understanding of event-driven architectures, especially Apache Kafka
