We’re looking for a Marketing Manager, iCasino Retention, who’s passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences and driving growth through smart, data-informed strategies. This role is part of a collaborative; agile team focused on strengthening our player engagement to support and grow product loyalty and long-term customer retention for our iCasino portfolio. You’ll be the go-to expert for marketing strategy and execution, working closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels. YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Marketing, you will be empowered to:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across digital channels—think email marketing, push notifications, owned in-app and web assets, promotions, and other CRM channels.
  • Partner with analytics to build segmented strategies that drive engagement and retention.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle—from planning and creative development to execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage promotional systems to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Support forecasting and budget planning, keeping a close eye on spending and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop assets that reflect our brand and resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Monitor KPIs and market trends and recommend adjustments to keep campaigns effective and relevant.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Agile lab teams across the digital business unit to align on goals and share insights.
  • Marketing, content, and communications teams to develop briefs and creative assets.
  • Legal, compliance, finance, contact centre, and tech teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and supported.
  • External partners including media agencies, experiential vendors, and promotional suppliers.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PLAY

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital channels, and customer segmentation.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and consumer behavior.
  • Comfortable working with tech tools and platforms to enable marketing innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (3–5 years in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital and direct-to-consumer).

Skills:

  • A clear, confident communicator who can tell a compelling story with data and insights.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and teams.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and adapts quickly.
  • Experience in agile environments and working with product owners is a plus.
