Job Responsibilities As a results-driven, self-motivated professional, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources team through daily operational and administrative tasks. With a hands-on approach, you will contribute across multiple HR disciplines including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, and reporting. Your focus will be on delivering practical solutions, ensuring seamless processes, and consistently enhancing the employee experience while providing best-in-class stakeholder support.

- Support proactive HR strategies and processes to support the overall Company objectives, including employee retention, development, performance management and compensation/ benefits management.
- Monitor and report on HR issues and Key Performance Indicators
- Support the execution of organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Assists and support client group with recruitment requirements and selection criteria.
- Conduct new hire orientations and follow up
- Conduct pre-employment checks
- Completing hiring, promotion and transfer letters
- Ensure Annual procedures are communicated internally; evaluations are completed in line with schedule and meet quality requirements
- Plan, organize and implement internal training programs, information sessions and development initiatives aligned with business needs
- Support the career ladder framework for respective client group, including, coordination of annual salary review and Ladder /mid year salary review
- Act as a trusted resource to your client group.
- Conduct effective exit interviews and provide management with analysis and recommendations.
- Track Litigations, lawsuits, grievances, and complaints as required. Provide assistance to management with preparation of documentation.
Requirements
- 3-5 years progressive Human Resources experience, preferably as a HR Coordinator
- University degree or College diploma, preferably in business specializing in Human Resources
- Construction industry experience an asset
- Strong computer skills working with SAP, Success Factors and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines
- Strong organizational skill with the ability to adapt quickly and maintain attention to detail under pressure
- Ability to travel to various sites or locations within the region to support client groups as needed
- Flexibility for local travel on short notice based on business needs.
- Valid G Driver’s license with own transportation
