Overview
UniTech is urgently looking for IT Technicians to support our growing customer base throughout Saskatchewan. The successful individual will be assigned tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Providing end users with hardware and software maintenance and support Installing and configuring IT equipment Ensuring network security is maintained Troubleshooting hardware/software problems Investigate & resolve reported problems Research and implement solutions to problems Documents all support calls/requests and action(s) taken
Qualifications
Computer Systems Technology diploma or equivalent education and experience Advanced computer skills Communication and interpersonal skills Analytical, problem solving and decision making skills Valid driver's license, where required Ability to travel
Additional Details
Candidates will be evaluated based on knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
A successful candidate will also be able to manage their territory, parts inventory, and complete reports for service calls. They will also need to be able to install or oversee the installation of equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. We also expect the candidate to be mechanically inclined, and to be proficient in basic computer and networking skills.
