Growth & Social Media Lead – Intern-to-Equity

We’re an early-stage startup building a mobile-first platform designed to make real-world collaboration easier, smarter, and more human . With a working prototype and growing community interest, we’re now ready to bring it to market — and we need a creative growth and social media champion to help us get there.

This isn’t about pumping out generic ads. It’s about storytelling, community-building, and growth hacking in a way that actually resonates with people.

The Role – Growth & Social Media Lead

You’ll be our go-to person for awareness, traction, and community . From running TikTok and Instagram campaigns to setting up early ads and referral loops, you’ll have the freedom to experiment and the ownership to make it stick.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and manage social content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
  • Run early ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads).
  • Build BI dashboards in Firebase/Analytics to track growth KPIs.
  • Launch referral or waitlist campaigns to boost early signups.
  • Engage with communities (Reddit, Discord, WhatsApp, university groups).
  • Partner with micro-influencers or ambassadors to amplify reach.
  • Report learnings and adapt quickly — test, measure, scale.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in growth, social media, or digital marketing (startup or agency background ideal).
  • Are fluent in Instagram/TikTok trends and can produce engaging content (short video, reels, stories).
  • Understand paid ads (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads) and performance metrics (CTR, CAC, ROAS).
  • Know growth hacking basics (referral programs, viral loops, guerrilla marketing).
  • Have some exposure to analytics tools (Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio).
  • Are self-driven, creative, and comfortable with ambiguity .
  • Bonus: Experience in community management (Discord, Telegram, Reddit).

Compensation

  • First 3 months: Unpaid, flexible contributor role.
  • After 3 months: Equity-based role or extended co-founder track, based on performance and contribution.
  • Future: Salary + equity once funding/revenue milestones are achieved.
