About the role
Nous sommes une organisation en pleine croissance et nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un technicien en contrôle des inventaires passionné et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe gagnante. RÉSUMÉ DE LA POSITION Le technicien en contrôle des inventaires sera responsable des tâches administratives et des procédures concernant la gestion des stocks et ce de façon précise et efficace. RESPONSABILITÉS CLÉS Maintenir l’état des stocks de l’entrepôt Vérifier l’exactitude des données du client et/ou des dossiers internes et/ou le nombre réel de produits dans WMS et balancer le tout, au besoin. Trouver d’où provient l’écart. Effectuer le compte hebdomadaire et faire les ajustements nécessaires. Coordonner les procédures d’inventaire physique. Procéder aux retours de produits. Suivre les procédures afin de régler les problèmes de surplus ou manque de produits et de produits endommagés ou défectueux. Aider à la préparation de l’inventaire et d’autres rapports pour les clients et à l’interne. Gérer les plaintes des clients au besoin. Aider au maintien du programme de prévention des pertes. Faire des recommandations au superviseur des opérations afin d’améliorer la gestion des stocks. Maintenir un haut niveau de confidentialité par rapport aux registres d’inventaires. Veiller à ce que seul le personnel autorisé puisse y avoir accès. Effectuer toutes autres tâches en lien avec le poste EXIGENCES ESSENTIELLES Avoir plus de 2 ans d’expérience en entrepôt et/ou en gestion d’inventaire. Bilingue (français/anglais) S’engager à fournir une expérience exceptionnelle aux clients ainsi qu’aux contacts internes et externes. Avoir de bonnes relations interpersonnelles et une bonne communication verbale et écrite. Être apte à s’exprimer en français et en anglais, autant à l’écrit que verbalement. Démontrer une attitude positive et professionnelle. Adopter une attitude qui favorise une fluidité dans cet environnement de travail en constante évolution. Être capable de déterminer la priorité des tâches. Avoir un souci du détail et de la précision. Avoir un bon jugement. Être apte à l’analyse et à la résolution de problèmes. Travailler en équipe.
