About the Role We are seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design intuitive and scalable experiences for our enterprise products. You will contribute throughout the end-to-end design process, helping transform complex business requirements into simple, elegant, and effective user experiences. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in collaborative environments, and can quickly ramp up to add immediate value to ongoing initiatives.
Responsibilities Collaborate & Align: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints. End-to-End Design: Translate complex requirements into seamless user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Enterprise Focus: Design and refine experiences specifically tailored for web and mobile enterprise applications, simplifying complex workflows and information-rich interfaces. Design Excellence: Participate in design critiques and collaborate closely with peer designers to maintain design quality and consistency. Design Systems: Work within established design systems and contribute to the evolution of reusable components and patterns. Development Partnering: Partner directly with engineering teams to ensure design quality and intent are maintained throughout implementation. Data-Informed Decisions: Incorporate user feedback, research findings, and analytics into iterative design choices. Advocacy: Champion usability, accessibility, and user-centered design best practices across the product lifecycle. Agile Delivery: Support product delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile environment.
Qualifications Experience: 4–6 years of dedicated experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related discipline. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and shipped enterprise-level products. Tools: Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools. Core Skills: Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design principles. Domain Expertise: Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS or B2B applications. Communication: Ability to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in an Agile environment.
Preferred Experience working extensively with robust design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with usability testing and UX research methodologies. Experience designing dashboards, data-intensive applications, and complex workflows. Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles. Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
