In 2024, we doubled our client base. We are currently looking for an Account Executive to help grow our advisor network in British Columbia and manage full-cycle sales for employer opportunities. This is a fully remote role with some travel required.
What You’ll Do
- Employer Sales (70%)
- Work closely with senior sales team members to advance deals with employers - from discovery and demos to proposals, contracting, and plan launch.
- Support active opportunities from existing advisor relationships, ensuring a smooth path to plan kickoff.
- Advisor Network Growth (30%)
- Identify and build relationships with new advisors in your territory.
- Participate in events and campaigns to strengthen advisor engagement.
Key Experience & Requirements
- 2–4 years in client-facing roles such as sales, customer success, consulting, or partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage a sales or partner pipeline, prioritize effectively, and deliver against targets.
- Experience presenting to senior decision-makers (e.g., business owners, HR leaders).
- Comfort working in a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment with autonomy and accountability.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Nice to have: Background in group benefits, retirement services, or financial services.
