About the Role
Within Parts & Accessories (P&A), the US Recycled Parts initiative is a critical growth lever—unlocking supply, improving buyer trust, and advancing circular commerce at scale.
We are seeking a Lead, US Recycled Parts to help shape and scale this business. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a strategic operator who can turn ambiguity into clear direction, influence senior stakeholders, and drive execution across commercial and product workstreams.
You will play a central role in scaling the Certified Recycled program, advancing Certification & Grading, and helping define the roadmap for recycled parts in the US and beyond.
What You Will Do
Drive Commercial Scaling & Market Development
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to scale Certification programs, growing seller adoption and supply
- Help develop and implement go-to-market strategies, identifying key growth levers and removing barriers to scale
- Synthesize seller and partner insights into clear priorities, influencing roadmap and execution focus
- Support the creation and rollout of incentive structures to accelerate program adoption
- Support broader commercialization planning and execution
Develop Product-Commercial Integration
- Partner closely with Product to drive the rollout and adoption of Certification and Grading capabilities
- Ensure strong feedback loops between commercial, product, and operational teams to drive roadmap decisions
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve programs post-launch, scaling impact across markets
- Bring a commercial lens into product and program discussions, helping prioritize high-impact investments
Lead Program Execution & Operating Rhythm
- Drive operating cadence across key initiatives, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress against goals
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Product, Analytics, Commercial, and external partners to maintain momentum
- Partner with Analytics to define success metrics, track performance, and guide decision-making
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to collaborators, including senior leadership
- Operate as a senior individual contributor with growing scope for team leadership over time
What You Bring
Experience
- Demonstrated ability in strategy, business operations, consulting, or program leadership roles
- Track record of driving sophisticated cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact
- Experience in marketplaces, ecommerce, or supply-side ecosystems preferred
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Product and influence roadmap decisions

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
C$142,000 - C$189,600
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
