Process Coach Production - Supplemental

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to step into a production process coach role within our manufacturing operations. This position is critical to ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of daily production activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: College Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience :
    • 3+ years of experience working as a Vacation Replacement.
    • 3+ years of experience working in Production lines.
    • 3+ years of experience working with and supervising unionized workforce.
    • Understanding of CBA (collective bargaining agreement).

Preferred Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).
  • Experience :
    • Body shop/stamping/paint/subassembly experience preferred.
    • Safety and Quality experience preferred.
    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
    • Knowledge of constraint management principles.
    • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
    • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook).
    • Note: This is a supplemental role (non permanent) but full-time hours are offered.

Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to uphold equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

People: Lead and develop team members through coaching, performance feedback, and fostering a respectful, inclusive work environment.

Environment: Promote sustainable practices and compliance with environmental regulations.
