Job Description

Noble K9 is dedicated to providing top-tier dog training services, focusing on balanced training methods that promote harmony and trust between dogs and their owners. Our mission is to help dogs of all breeds and ages reach their full potential, ensuring they become well-behaved and happy companions. We offer a range of services, including board and train programs, private sessions, and group classes.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Balanced Dog Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in balanced training methods and a genuine love for working with dogs and their owners. This role requires someone who is skilled in conducting board and train programs, private training sessions, and group classes, with the ability to tailor training techniques to meet the individual needs of each dog and owner.

Responsibilities

Conduct board and train programs, ensuring consistent and effective training throughout the dog's stay. Lead private training sessions, working closely with clients to address specific behavioral issues and training goals. Host group classes, providing instruction and guidance to multiple dog-owner pairs in a dynamic and engaging environment. Develop personalized training plans based on individual dog assessments and owner goals. Educate and support dog owners, offering practical advice and techniques to reinforce training at home. Maintain detailed records of training progress and communicate effectively with clients. Stay up-to-date with the latest training techniques and industry trends.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a balanced dog trainer, with a strong portfolio of successful training cases. Comprehensive knowledge of balanced training methods, including positive reinforcement and correction techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with dogs and their owners. Ability to handle dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments.

Work experience in a professional setting is required

Protection & Sport Bitework is a HUGE plus! Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
