About the role
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements across multiple entities.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements daily and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Manage invoices, collections, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support payroll processing, HST/GST flings, and annual tax flings.
- Develop weekly cash flow forecasts and assist in monthly budget development.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support data-driven decisions.
- Analyze financial and operational data and prepare statistical and accounting reports to support business improvements.

- Assist in training or guiding junior accounting staff on day-to-day bookkeeping procedures and software tools.
Minimum Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Minimum Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
