Relevant de la Directrice - Consolidation et Divulgation, la personne participera à la clôture mensuel, trimestriel et annuel pour toutes les entités faisant partie du groupe de sociétés Amérique du Nord, selon des délais serrés.
Responsabilités Processus de fermeture des états financiers - sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et
Annuelle
- Effectuer diverses analyses financières et revues analytiques
- Préparer et télécharger les écritures de journal dans les systèmes ERP
- Mettre à jour et réviser les états financiers internes
- Préparer, examiner et soumettre les dossiers de déclaration à la société mère
- Personne-ressource pour répondre aux questions concernant les dossiers de
production de rapports
- Préparer les rapports d’administration
- Confirmation et réconciliation inter-sociétés
Autres Tâches
- Travailler sur des projets spéciaux, notamment en aidant l'entreprise dans sa
transition vers un nouveau système ERP
- Travailler étroitement avec le superviseur sur différents mandats et la préparation
des analyses ad hoc et autres tâches connexes
- Aider à identifier des initiatives visant à améliorer, automatiser et mettre à l’échelle
les outils, les processus et les méthodologies de reporting
- Participer au processus de budgétisation et de prévision (sur demande)
- Assister à l’inventaire annuel (des déplacements peuvent être nécessaires)
Qualifications Et Connaissances Professionnelles
- Licence en comptabilité ou équivalent
- 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
- Expérience au sein d'une grande entreprise (un atout), des transactions en devises étrangères et de la comptabilité inter-compagnies.
- Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Excel
- Expérience de travail avec des systèmes ERP et BI ((IBM-TM1, Cognos Controller,
- Une expérience de travail avec des systèmes ERP et BI (IBM-TM1, Cognos Controller, SAP S/4HANA) sera considérée comme un atout majeur.
- Bonne connaissance des normes IFRS
- Capacité de travailler en équipe et de respecter les délais dans un environnement en constante évolution.

Job Summary We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic team player to fill the position of Financial Analyst - Reporting and Consolidation. This position reports to the Reporting and Consolidation Manager. This role participates in the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting for multiple companies of North America Group, all within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities Financial statement close process – On a monthly, quarterly, and year-end basis:
- Perform various financial analysis and analytical reviews
- Prepare and upload Journal Entries into ERP systems
- Update and review Internal financial statements
- Prepare, review and submit the Reporting Packages to Parent Company
- Contact person to answer questions on Reporting Packages
- Prepare Management reports
- Intercompany confirmation and reconciliation
Miscellaneous
- Work on special projects including assisting the Company in its transition
to a new ERP system
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and other related tasks
- Help identify initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale
reporting tools, processes and methodologies
- Participate to Budget and Forecast process (on demand)
- Assist to annual inventory count (travel may be required)
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in accounting, or equivalent
- 3 years related experience
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Experience working for a large company (an asset), foreign currency transactions and inter-company accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP and BI Systems ((IBM-TM1, Cognos Controller,
- SAP S/4HANA), will be considered a strong asset
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Ability to be a team player and respect deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- CPA is ideal or working towards CPA
