About the role
Role Description The Senior Project Manager is a remote role responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects within life sciences clients and internal product teams. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes. The Senior Project Manager coordinates with technical, analytics, and domain experts to align project objectives with business goals, manages dependencies across global teams, and drives issue resolution and status reporting. Daily activities include facilitating project meetings, tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and enforcing governance standards and best practices. The role also contributes to continuous improvement by refining delivery methodologies, mentoring project teams, and supporting portfolio-level planning and prioritization. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to proactively track deliverables, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of project activities. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to review project outputs, validate quality standards, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate schedules, resources, and dependencies across global teams and vendors. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in life sciences, healthcare, or technology environments. Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership and external clients. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar) and familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2
