Proposal Coordinator

Remote - Any Pinchin office location in Canada
Today is the day to boost your career! Pinchin is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Proposal team, working out of any Pinchin office location or remotely.
The successful candidate will be joining a very supportive team in a fun and rewarding work environment. The collaborative nature of the team is the perfect place for people at all stages of their careers to learn and grow.
The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for liaising with all Pinchin offices to act as a proposal project coordinator and proposal program champion.
A Day in the life of a Proposal Coordinator at Pinchin:
- Support the Tenders Program via searches of Client portals for opportunity identification
- Follow internal guidelines for the distribution of opportunities to specific Internal Clients
- Aid in tracking opportunity progress throughout the response lifecycle
- Review and analyze proposal opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, VORs, etc.) and plan responses.
- Coordinate, and/or support proposal pursuit and kick-off meetings with Internal Clients
- Create draft proposal framework documents aligned with the client’s bid requirements
- Support Internal Clients in the development/preparation of proposal submissions
- Act as a champion for internal processes and initiatives; assist with discussions identifying the strategy, approach, teaming, and win themes
- Access internal systems to locate and obtain documents as required
- Customize non-technical content ensuring client focus and alignment with client needs/requirements
- Coordinate writing, review, and completion of the document with the Proposal Owner and other staff and Subject Matter Experts
- Support or oversee proposal finalization, assembly, and submission/delivery
- Coordinate, attend, and document debrief sessions and distribute/share feedback appropriately
- Provide support and oversight for management of the internal content repository
- Participate in the continual improvement of the proposal process and contribute to any identified initiatives and projects
- Participate in regular (weekly) workload management meetings
- Liaise with internal and external client as needed
- Contribute to other activities within the Business Development team as required
What you bring to the Pinchin team:
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Technical Writing, Marketing, Communications or Technical Writing; another related degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years preparing technical documents in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on a variety of projects with multiple deadlines
- Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Ability to communicate and work with various levels in an organization
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
- Experience in graphic design would be considered an asset
