- This position is a 6–12 month contract.
Your role
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to hiring, while ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide strategic guidance, and influence effective talent decisions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the business and its talent landscape to ensure alignment between hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit against organizational requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, sourcing partners, and external vendors to support seamless recruitment delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Drive consistency and operational excellence by promoting recruitment best practices and demonstrating the value of HR processes in achieving optimal outcomes.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Strong relationship‑management skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders.
- Results‑oriented, with demonstrated initiative and self‑motivation.
- Proven skills in time management, planning and organization.
