Senior Site Superintendent Base Salary: $145,000–155,000+ Variable/Bonus: $14,000–15,000+ Reporting to: General Superintendent / VP Construction Direct Reports: 0 Matrix: 30+ (Trades / End User Staff / Subcontractors / Internal Staff) Key Performance Indicators Safety Scheduling / Planning / On-time delivery Quality Risk analysis (predicting, assessing, and mitigating potential issues) Civil work Finishes Mandate Champion the Health & Safety program on site Plan, organize, lead, and evaluate all site activities from start to finish Identify and communicate potential risks before they impact the project Assess root causes of issues and build strategic attack plans Review and coordinate critical material delivery schedules Direct foremen and tradespeople in daily site activities Logistics Why New Role: Growth Location: GTA (site-based) Project Size: $30–50M+ Site Timelines: 18–24 months After Hours: Occasionally required for high-priority deliveries (e.g. concrete pours) Travel: Minimal Profile — What We're Looking For Character, Experience, Intelligence, Coachable — in that order. Character: Drive, self-awareness, accountability, and integrity. Experience: Large capital project Site Superintendent experience Proven delivery on $40M+ projects Gold Seal & Last Planner certification — nice to have Comfortable across diverse audiences: trades, construction, steel, transport, and end users Scheduling and project management software proficiency Strong working knowledge of General Conditions of Contract Can speak confidently to: Health & Safety improvements with measurable KPI impact Scheduling and on-time / accelerated delivery Quality and turnkey end-user delivery Risk analysis — a problem you identified and averted Finishes and civil work execution Intelligent — sharp, analytical, solutions-oriented. Coachable — open to learning and evolving on complex projects.
