What do Team Lead, Performance Program****do?
You will use your****technical knowledge, analytical skills, interpersonal abilities and knowledge of screening regulations and protocols to audit and assess compliance.
- Plan and manage the schedule of Screening Contractor Training Representatives
- Lead and mentor the Administrator, Performance Programs group
- Manage and maintain Monthly Training Budget Forecast
- Oversee, track, update, and audit CATSA System Requests
- Create Training Plans addressing operations’ performance-related issues and skill gaps
- Perform Quality Assurance functions
- Support the Regional Manager, Training and Certification with strategic planning, execution of regional training initiatives
- Coordinate and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Operations with CATSA and PASS Training Programs in planning, scheduling, and compliance execution
- Reinforces respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture
What you bring to PASS:
- Education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Training and Development
- Experience in workforce planning, training development and data audit preferred
- Experience in Aviation Security, CATSA Training Program, screening SOPs, and managing unionized personnel
- Ability to acquire Transportation Security Clearance (TSC), Federal Security Clearance and a clear criminal background
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in training coordination, performance programs, or operational support
- Experience in leading or supervising administrative or training support teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical abilities in forecasting, data tracking, and reporting
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and management skills
- Strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
- MS Office, learning/training management systems, and Workflow/ticketing systems proficiency
- English fluency, verbal and written (French considered an asset)
- Ability to travel as required
