What do Team Lead, Performance Program****do?

You will use your****technical knowledge, analytical skills, interpersonal abilities and knowledge of screening regulations and protocols to audit and assess compliance.

• Plan and manage the schedule of Screening Contractor Training Representatives
• Lead and mentor the Administrator, Performance Programs group
• Manage and maintain Monthly Training Budget Forecast
• Oversee, track, update, and audit CATSA System Requests
• Create Training Plans addressing operations’ performance-related issues and skill gaps
• Perform Quality Assurance functions
• Support the Regional Manager, Training and Certification with strategic planning, execution of regional training initiatives
• Coordinate and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Operations with CATSA and PASS Training Programs in planning, scheduling, and compliance execution
• Reinforces respectful, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture

What you bring to PASS:

• Education in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Training and Development
• Experience in workforce planning, training development and data audit preferred
• Experience in Aviation Security, CATSA Training Program, screening SOPs, and managing unionized personnel
• Ability to acquire Transportation Security Clearance (TSC), Federal Security Clearance and a clear criminal background
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in training coordination, performance programs, or operational support
• Experience in leading or supervising administrative or training support teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent analytical abilities in forecasting, data tracking, and reporting
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and management skills
• Strong commitment to accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality
• MS Office, learning/training management systems, and Workflow/ticketing systems proficiency
• English fluency, verbal and written (French considered an asset)
• Ability to travel as required
