The role centers on practical improvements to the homepage and product pages, with a special emphasis on making the “90-Day Reset” bundle stand out and implementing a user-friendly email capture for a free caffeine cheat sheet. The store features a limited catalog of recovery-themed merchandise and a 90-day journal, utilizing Shopify, Printify, and Gumroad. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic, conversion-focused mindset to optimize the customer journey without a full site rebuild.
Responsibilities
- Audit and refine homepage and product page layouts for clarity and engagement
- Highlight and optimize the “90-Day Reset” bundle as the flagship offering
- Design and implement a non-intrusive email capture mechanism for lead generation
- Streamline the catalog (7 products) into a clear, conversion-focused funnel
- Collaborate on practical UX and CRO improvements tailored to a nonprofit audience
- Ensure seamless integration with Printify and Gumroad as part of the tech stack
- Provide actionable recommendations based on best practices and analytics
Skills And Requirements
- Proven experience optimizing Shopify stores for UX and conversion, ideally with nonprofit or mission-driven brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements in store performance
- Expertise in Shopify, with working knowledge of Printify and Gumroad integrations
- Ability to design and implement effective email capture solutions (popups, newsletters) that enhance user experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize impactful changes over full redesigns
