System Designer (24+ month contract)
About the role
The System Designer will be responsible for research, content, and best practices related to the organization’s Design System.
MANDATE
**
**• Design and maintain a robust, scalable, and consistent Design System.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance experience and productivity through shared
tools.
• Identify and prioritize high-value innovation opportunities.
• Oversee the development and testing of components (Angular, HTML,
accessibility).
• Train and support teams in the adoption and use of the Design System.
PROFILE
**
**• 10+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Front-End Developer
• 5+ years of experience in System Design
• Proficiency with Figma, Chromatic, Visual Studio, and Angular/HTML
• Strong ability to guide teams in design best practices
• Proven experience implementing a Design System and/or Innovation Lab
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingual (French and English)
