Who We’re Looking For:
- We’re seeking professional, driven Finance Managers to support both our prime and non‑prime finance operations. You may apply for your preferred role or be considered for the one best aligned with your experience.
- You are someone who brings:
- 2+ years of experience in prime or non‑prime automotive finance
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending guidelines, and credit structures
- Experience working with a variety of lenders; non‑prime lending experience is an asset for the permanent role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven sales environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and dealership CRM/DMS systems
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- A positive, professional, customer‑focused mindset
**Schedule:**Full‑Time
Compensation:$100,000 - $200,000 per year
What Your Day Will Look Like:
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize vehicle purchases and secure financing
- Present, educate, and sell finance and insurance products in a compliant, customer‑focused manner
- Review credit applications, submit to lenders, and structure deals to meet approval conditions
- Collaborate with both prime and non‑prime lenders depending on role
- Support customers by explaining financing terms, warranties, protection products, and contract details
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in accordance with regulatory and VSA compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, customers, and internal departments
- Assist in achieving department sales and profitability goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire delivery process
- Support dealership targets by helping drive finance penetrations and closing ratios
