The Graphic Design Specialist, Global Marketing, leads advanced AI, digital, web, social and print marketing assets to support the firm’s growth strategies. As a brand steward, you thrive on shaping how the brand looks and feels — creating experiences that deepen engagement and strengthen market presence. This role may be remote or may work out of one of our Canadian offices (Calgary, Ottawa or Toronto) or US offices (Detroit, Chicago, Philadelphia, Sacramento) offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverages AI-driven design tools to integrate human creativity with machine intelligence to accelerate ideation, enhance design quality, and deliver multiple concept variations for campaigns, branding, and marketing assets.
- Develops visually compelling presentations, reports and infographics across corporate, partner and client ecosystems
- Designs within an integrated marketing strategy to connect online and offline touch points — from sponsorships and events to digital and experiential — to build and deliver a consistent brand identity.
- Supports video storyboards and concepts
- Participates in ideation session to evolve content strategy and development
Required Skills
- Have successfully completed related post-secondary education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing or Multimedia
- Able to work in a team environment and collaborate on assignments
- Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office Suite, AI tools and platforms
- Knowledge of experiential platforms is an asset
- Strong abilities in layout design, typography skills, and a visual problem solver
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in the A&E, Construction, Design or comparable industry
