Job Summary
The Brokerage Representative Caller at UPS, assists our clients with onboarding and registration processes. Customer support is handled through phone calls or email communication.
Job Type : Full-Time / Temporary End Date: January 31st, 2026
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
Shift Hours: (Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week).
- 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (12)
- 12:00 PM–8:30 PM (13)
Shift Duration: 8 hours per day (requires flexibility with start and finish times).
Work Location: 900 HANWELL ROAD FREDERICTON, NB E3B 6A2
Hourly Wage: $17.75 per hour.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Contact customers to advise of the CARM Client Portal registration requirement for commercial importers.
- Assist customers through the registration process.
- Contact customers regarding CARM Client Portal set up fees.
- Performs administrative duties such as resolving customer issues.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English (proficiency) communication skills – Required.
- Excellent verbal and written French communication skills – Highly Desired.
- Previous customer service experience- Required.
- Previous call center/ office experience – Highly Desired.
- Intermediate computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office)
- Typing speed of 40+ words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
