Role Description This part-time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role is based at Massage Addict in Lower Sackville, NS. The therapist will provide safe, effective massage treatments tailored to client needs, including therapeutic techniques for pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellness. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough client consultations, maintaining accurate treatment records, and adhering to clinic protocols and professional standards. The role also involves collaborating with the clinic team, supporting a positive client experience, and maintaining a clean, professional treatment environment.

Qualifications

Strong client-focused mindset with excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication and professional conduct. Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques to address pain, tension, and musculoskeletal concerns. Experience or training in Shiatsu and Body Massage methods to support a variety of client needs. Ability to incorporate Stress Management approaches into treatments to promote relaxation and overall well-being. Completion of an accredited massage therapy program and eligibility for registration/licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in Nova Scotia. Current professional liability insurance and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. Ability to work part-time on-site, manage a schedule of appointments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
