Supply Chain Leadership Development Program Florenceville, New Brunswick In every role, McCainers are ambitious, curious, and passionate about creating exceptional work experiences - together. With a customer-first mindset, we make doing business with McCain easy.

About The Role. Are you ready to kickstart your career in supply chain with a global leader in the food industry? McCain is looking for motivated and ambitious candidates to join our Supply Chain Leadership Development Program , a three-year rotational experience designed to build the next generation of supply chain leaders.

Through three year-long rotations, you’ll gain hands-on experience across critical areas such as Customer Service, Logistics, Deployment, and Inventory Planning . Along the way, you’ll strengthen your technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and business acumen while working side-by-side with experienced mentors, cross-functional teams, and senior leaders.

The program is built to accelerate your growth. You’ll take part in structured training, plant/warehouse visits, and informational sessions that broaden your perspective of how supply chain drives success at McCain. You’ll sharpen your project management, communication, and data analysis skills while also gaining a deep understanding of the food industry—from food service and quick serve to retail—and how agriculture shapes our business.

This is more than a program—it’s a launchpad. At McCain, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact, grow your career, and build a foundation for long-term success in supply chain leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing. The Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is built around three year-long rotations that give you broad, hands-on exposure to supply chain. In each rotation, you’ll step into a key role—such as Customer Service Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Deployment Planner, or Inventory Analyst —to lead critical processes and drive results. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll:

  • Implement process improvements that make a real impact on efficiency and performance.
  • Coach and collaborate with peers to strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Gain valuable insights into McCain’s operations through plant/warehouse visits and cross-functional exposure.
  • Develop your leadership and technical expertise through structured training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
  • This program is designed to challenge you, grow your skills, and prepare you for a leadership career in supply chain.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful. We’re looking for candidates who are eager to learn, motivated to lead, and ready to make an impact. Here’s what will set you up for success:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected before the program start date in May 2026.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience working with complex data.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and solution design.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, with advanced Excel skills required.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and an independent thinker with a bias for action.
  • Able to synthesize multiple data points and make confident decisions.
  • Strong communicator who can explain complex insights and build relationships across teams.
  • Organized and adaptable, with excellent planning and prioritization skills
