What You’ll Be Doing
As a member of CIBC’s End Point Print and Digital Output team, you will play a key role in designing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise print and digital output services. As a Senior Consultant, End Point Print and Digital Output, you will ensure stable and reliable production and non-production environments, proactively mitigating risks while adhering to established controls, standards, and policies. Leveraging your expertise, you will provide technical leadership, assess business needs, and collaborate with management, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions. Additionally, you will foster team growth by mentoring colleagues and facilitating discussions to address complex requirements, ensuring solutions align with project objectives and organizational priorities.

Who you are
- You can demonstrate 10+ years’ experience in designing, developing, implementing solution designs for server infrastructures; Design and document infrastructure architectures using diagrams; Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, requirements, and quality assurance; Implementation and support of technologies in serverless print technologies and troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure problems; Ensure infrastructure scalability, security, and reliability.
- You have strong technical knowledge and subject matter expertise in enterprise infrastructure components: security, network, firewalls, Windows server OS, Azure Active Directory, DigiCert, SQL Database, Operating Systems, Network, 802.1x, HP Security Manager, HP Web Jet Admin, Celiveo 365, Microsoft Azure, Ricoh; Verify security protocols and implement measures to prevent security breaches; Provide in-depth subject matter expertise to perform broad impact analysis, present alternative solutions, and make recommendations for complex initiatives and projects; Automate tasks such as deployments, configuration management, and system updates; Develop and implement automation strategies using tools like PowerShell and other scripting languages; Utilize infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles to manage infrastructure as code; Monitoring, hardening and policing infrastructure performance and identifying potential issues, knowledge of Dynatrace is essential; Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and integrations. Vendor management to meet and manage service expectations, aligned to best practices.
- You have a degree/diploma: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Technical discipline.
- Skills required: Information Security, Infrastructure Design, Infrastructure Implementations, Infrastructure Management (IM), PowerShell Scripting, IT Infrastructure , Operating Systems (OS),Rest API, Problem Solving, Automation, ITIL Best Practices , EDF Methodology Knowledge.
