We are currently looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to join KeyData's Business Development team! In this role, you will drive the sales of our IAM Professional and Managed Services. In this role, you will focus on generating and qualifying leads for our IAM Professional and Managed Services. You're ideal for this role if you have a solid understanding of IT security or IAM solutions and are excited to help drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Location: Toronto, Canada
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid (1–2 days in office per week)

Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including email, phone, digital marketing, social media, events, and personal networks.
- Collaborate effectively with Account Executives, Delivery Partners, Directors, and Consultants to understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions promptly.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of KeyData's offerings and team capabilities to represent the company effectively.
- Maximize sales performance by fostering strong relationships with clients, channels, and technology partners.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot Opportunity Records and participate in weekly pipeline reviews.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual lead generation and sales targets.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on results and interactions.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Security or IT Sales, with at least 3 years in IAM Product or Services sales.
- Excellent written, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
- Proven experience in closing enterprise-level deals.
- Strong ability to analyze and prioritize business opportunities effectively.
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of IAM Product or Services sales experience.
- Consulting and Professional Services sales experience.
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation Ranges:
The base salary for this position is CAD $120,000 – $125,000. In addition, eligible individuals may earn commission and bonuses, bringing On-Target Earnings (OTE) to CAD $184,600– $192,300.
