About the role
As an investment analyst on the group retirement savings team, you’ll support our internal advisors, institutional clients, brokers and consultants across the country. This includes providing regular updates on investment funds and their managers, as well as the support needed to make recommendations about them. You also prepare investment reports and various relevant analyses. More specifically, you will be required to :
- Help produce and update analysis, performance measurement and compliance reports as well as legal and operational documents related to the funds offered on the investment platform.
- Prepare investment reviews for our clients’ retirement or investment committees.
- Help provide investment-related support to our clients, business partners and other internal business lines. This includes answering questions received through a shared inbox.
- Help advance and develop various business line projects involving the investment team, including initiatives to enhance the team’s operational efficiency.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance or a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience or interest in working with institutional clients
- CFA or FSA/FCIA designation (completed or in progress)
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
