Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that promote Madadi TFAS INC’s accounting and tax services. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, creating and publishing online content, running targeted digital advertising campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics. The specialist will analyze web and campaign analytics to refine strategies, improve lead generation, and support brand awareness. Collaboration with leadership and service teams to align messaging with business objectives and client needs is expected. Qualifications

Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns. Proficiency in Social Media Marketing across major platforms, including content planning, posting, and community engagement. Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance and user behavior. Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences. Experience in marketing professional services, ideally in accounting, finance, or related fields. Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing best practices. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
